After establishing a solid foundation in my rope style, both on the floor and in suspension, what’s next? Of course, there are seasonal research workshops, but why stop there?
Imagine delving into a new concept every month, exploring what can be achieved with just one rope, both on the floor and in suspension.
This workshop will do just that—bridging the gaps between seemingly contradictory approaches to tying:
- Floor and Suspension
- Minimalist and Complex Ties
- Visual Aesthetics and Playful Interaction
- Control and Leading
Each month, I’ll present a new concept, and together, we’ll explore it based on the group’s dynamic. It’s a deeply creative experience where adaptation becomes a key element—between the model (Uke) and the rigger (Tori), as well as between myself and the group. The goal isn’t to give you a formula to replicate but to introduce you to my tying philosophy and the reasons behind it (when a reason exists). This way, you can develop and refine your own unique style of tying.
During the tuition I will share my knowledge, skills and experience for both sides; rigger (Tori) and model (Uke)!
